ResponsibilitiesDesign Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of talented designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture. Drive the vision for Microsoft Copilot Studio, ensuring alignment with Microsoft Copilot's strategic goals. Product Vision and Strategy: Contribute to the development and refinement of the product strategy, keeping abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies. Define and communicate a compelling design vision for Microsoft Copilot Studio, aligning it with Microsoft's Copilot overarching objectives. Collaborate and align the continued integration of generative AI into Microsoft Copilot Studio, exploring innovative ways to enhance conversational capabilities and user interactions. User-Centric Design: Champion user-centered design principles, conducting user research to gain insights and validate design decisions. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that elevate the overall user experience. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align design strategies with overall product goals.Actively participate in agile development processes, providing design leadership throughout the product lifecycle. Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the design team. Stay informed about industry best practices, design trends, and emerging technologies, integrating relevant insights into the product design process.
