The products our portfolio include Microsoft Fabric, Azure SQL DB, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure PostgreSQL, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Service Bus, Azure Event Grid, and Power BI. Within Azure Data, the databases team builds and maintains Microsoft's operational Database systems. We store and manage data in a structured way to enable multitude of applications across various industries. We are on a journey to enable developer friendly, mission-critical, AI enabled operational Databases across relational, non-relational and OSS offerings. We are the Security and Compliances (S&C) team within the Azure Databases organization and our mission is to offer the most secure database services on the planet - from on-premises data centers to the cloud. We focus on:developing and shipping industry-leading, differentiated security capabilities such as Always Encrypted or SQL Ledger;driving consistency in the security portfolio across our services;integrating the latest A.I. based techniques into the security features of our services to make securing databases more intuitive for our customers and ultimately more effectiveintegrating with the latest foundational security and data governance technologies provided by our partner teams such as Azure Key Vault for key management, Entra for modern authentication, or Microsoft Purview for data governance.We are looking for a Senior Program Manager with a proven track record in security and data governance to help us develop innovative features for our operational data services such as SQL, PostgreSQL. The successful candidate will collaborate with our customer base to gather requirements and evangelize our security capabilities to ensure adoption of our features and services. As part of the role, the candidate will help drive product strategy and lead platform security initiatives to ensure our services are leading the industry. In addition to having a passion for technology, we are looking for a product manager who thrives on educating customers and helping them solve their most complex security challenges.
