About the role:

The 'Digital Platform - Technical Product Owner' will be responsible for delivering industry-leading platform capabilities to our product development teams enabling rapid development and delivery of high-quality digital banking solutions.

What you will be doing:

* Partnering with stakeholders to create product plans and prioritize work

* Working closely with your team to craft problem statements, define requirements and deliver high-quality platform capabilities

* Working with product development teams to discover opportunities for acceleration through automation and component/tooling reuse.

* Partnering with your peers to coordinate and plan dependencies and downstream work needed to complete our definition-of-done

* Defining and monitoring key metrics aligned to organizational and departmental goals, as well as tied to the value generation of your product(s)

What you will need:

Bachelor's degree and three years of operational product experience/knowledge. The Certified Scrum Product Owner professional certification is preferred, but not required.

GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
* Knowledge of financial services industry
* Knowledge of FIS products and services or similar Fintech solutions

* Understanding of modern software architectures and development/delivery practices

* Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience and systems development environment experience are preferred
* Strong negotiation, organization, management, analytical and people skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g., executive, management, individual contributors)
* Positive outlook, strong work ethic, and responsive to internal and external clients and contacts
